MOBILE

PECULIARITIES:

  • autonomy; 
  • fast moving from object to object;
  • deployment time at the facility up to 24 hours;
  • there is no capital construction.


BLOCK-TRANSPORTABLE

PECULIARITIES:

  • supplied with modules of full factory readiness;
  • the minimum amount of capital construction (for example – foundations);
  • possibility of use in cogeneration cycle.

STATIONARY

PECULIARITIES:

  • wide power range – from 2.5 to 400 MW;
  • the possibility of using in the cogeneration cycle;
  • require capital construction (lightweight structures).

At the request of the customer, our company will manufacture on a turnkey basis a gas turbine power plant of a mobile, block-transportable or stationary design based on any drive of domestic or foreign production. Maximum capacity of one gas turbine power station module is  32 MWt.  Further increasing of electric power station is accomplished by increasing the number of modules.

Our company is directly engaged in the manufacture of modules for power plants with a capacity of 1.6 MW – EG1600, 2.5 MW – EG2500 and a capacity of 5 MW – EG5000

EG1600, EG2500 is a gas turbine power plant manufactured in mobile, block-transportable and stationary versions. The AI-20DME or GTE-MS-2.5 gas turbine engine manufactured by MOTOR SICH JSC is used as a drive.

EG5000 is a gas turbine power plant manufactured in mobile, block-transportable and stationary versions. The drive is a gas turbine engine UGT-5000, manufactured by SE NPKG “Zorya-Mashproekt”

GAS TURBINE POWER PLANTS OF OUR COMPANY PROVIDE THE CLASSES OF USE (according to GOST 29328):

  • operational reserve;

  • semi-peak;
  • base.
