     Our online control systems carry out dispatching, monitoring of objects and implement effective algorithms.

     At power facilities, our control systems perform, among other things, group control and distribution of active and reactive power, as well as frequency and voltage regulation on bus sections, control the level of power flows into / out of the network, and provide emergency response.

Control cabinets

We carefully treat every stage of creating a control cabinet – from design, selection of components, assembly and installation, to a 100% check of each product.

DESIGN

The design team designs the cabinet in stages:

  • develops the structure of the management system;
  • creates circuit diagrams of cabinets;
  • selects components of automation, automation and power supply systems;
  • develops installation drawings of equipment in a three-dimensional design environment;
  • develops software;
  • develops operational and accompanying documentation.

ASSEMBLY

During installation, a lot of attention is paid to the quality of connections, ease of use and maintainability:

  • careful selection of wire cross-sections;
  • convenient and easy-to-read marking of wires and automation elements;
  • cutting and termination of wires, using special tools; 
  • the use of wires of the appropriate color, depending on the purpose.

EXAMINATION

All cabinets undergo a thorough multi-level check using special stands:

  • development of technological inspection charts and QCD checklist for each type of cabinet;
  • direct control of each manufactured cabinet according to the checklist;
  • coordination and approval of the QCD control sheet on the acceptance of the cabinet.

The control includes, among other things: control by the lead designer, tests under voltage, verification and calibration of each measuring and control signal, downloading controller software, etc.

Tasks solved by control systems of our development:

1. DATA COLLECTION

Data collection is performed:
– from local ACS (ACS of engines, ACS of boilers, etc.);
– from instruments and meters (power meters, flow meters, etc.);
– from sensors and devices (4-20mA, 0-10V, pulse signals, counters, HART, IO-Link, etc.).

Data is received using industry-standard interfaces and exchange protocols:

– storage of a large number of tags (more than 1,000,000 tags);

– high resolution of trend storage (from 0.01% of the measurement range, up to a cyclic recording with a period of 20 ms);

– preservation of warning alarms, personnel actions (Audit), generation of user reports.
